Join the League of Women Voters for a presentation on the Graduated Income Tax Ballot Initiative! LWV-Colorado supports this initiative, #195, and we want members to know more about it! This measure, if passed, institutes a graduated income tax in Colorado. The 97% of Coloardo taxpayers making less than $500,000 would receive a tax cut; only those at the top will pay more. The additional revenue raised would be voter-approved, and exempt from the TABOR spending cap. Revenue would go toward K-12, health care, and early child care and
education.
