 document participants prep homework (3 civic activities) which must be com
 pleted before Nov 7th</p><p>FILLED - Registration - assist with registrati
 on for am and pm</p><p>FILLED - Educators (leaders in the classrooms) - ag
 es include 4-5 to seniors in high school</p><p>FILLED - Classroom Assistan
 ts - range from 2 per class to 4-5 for younger girls</p><p>FILLED - Hospit
 ality - help get food donations for volunteers and troop leaders</p><p>FIL
 LED - Cafe - during the day, troop leaders hang out here instead of the cl
 assrooms</p><p>FILLED - Voting - assist with the voting process part of th
 e day</p><p><br></p><p>MEETING DATES:</p><p>2nd Wednesday each month from 
 4:30-5:30 pm</p><p>June 10, 2026</p><p>July 8, 2026</p><p>August 12, 2026<
