The Pikes Peak Bulletin, Manitou Springs’ weekly newspaper in collaboration with the League of Women Voters of the Pikes Peak Region are hosting an Election Forum for Manitou School District 14 and Mayoral Candidates. It will take place Monday, Oct. 11, at the Briarhurst Manor Estate. Doors will open at 6 p.m., with the program starting at 6:30.
