LWVPPR will recognize women who share these values with the fourth annual Making Democracy Work Award. On Thursday, February 11 the League will honor nominees for their work. The Making Democracy Work Award will be given to one inspirational leader who is engaged in outstanding work to make our community a strong, safe, and vibrant place to live.
